Report someone
If someone is abusive, sends spam or breaks our Terms and Conditions, report them. Tap the menu on their profile in Discover or Connections, or in your chat with them, and choose Report User. To report a single message, press and hold it in the chat and choose Report message.
Reports are confidential. The person you report is not told who reported them. We review every report and may remove content or suspend accounts that break our Terms.
Block someone
Open the person in Connections and choose Block User. Once blocked, they can no longer see your profile or contact you, and you will not see them in Discover.
You can see everyone you have blocked in Profile, Settings, Blocked users.
Delete your account
Go to Profile, Settings, Delete account. This permanently deletes your account, profile, photos, connections and messages. It cannot be undone.
If you can no longer sign in, email us from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
Suspended accounts
If your account has been suspended and you think this is a mistake, email us from the address on your account and tell us what happened. We will review it and reply.
Privacy and your data
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why. To ask for a copy of your data, or to have something corrected or removed, email us with the details of your request.
